I’m a repeat offender.

Yep.  Again.  Anyone else tired of the battle?  I know what I need to do, but just haven’t been doing it.  So I rolled out of bed, put on my weigh-in outfit and faced the music this morning.  Wherever you may be on your health journey, let’s do it together.
